St. Benedict Institute to Host Sept. 8 Lecture with Sacred Architect
The Saint Benedict Institute will host speaker Michael Bursch, AIA, an architect with Harrison Design in Washington, D.C., to discuss 鈥淏eauty, Ever Ancient, Ever New: Foundational Principles of Sacred Architecture.鈥 The talk will take place Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026 at 7 p.m. in Winants Auditorium in Graves Hall at 麻豆国产. The public is invited and admission is free.

After closing for the summer to repaint the galleries and process a large group of recent acquisitions, the Kruizenga Art Museum (KAM) will reopen on Friday, August 28, 2026 with three new exhibitions: Cloth and Clay in African Art; Points of Convergence: Where Math and Art Meet; and KAM x Library. Admission to the exhibitions is free.
